Last night by way of a beautiful string of circumstances I found myself at Bhakti Yoga Shala located at 207 Arizona Avenue Santa Monica! What was I doing there, I don’t know but spirit swept me in that direction and I followed. I arrived a little late so when I walked through the doors there were already 40-50 beautiful souls sitting lotus position on the ground singing and chanting beautiful Sanskrit mantras. I immediately found my way to an open space, sat, closed my eyes, took a few deep breaths and brought my awareness to the space.
