This past week I’ve learned so much in the way of labeling or should I say Mislabeling! The industry (both conventional and raw vegan) can be deceptive and tricky to navigate especially if you’re new to the raw vegan/living foods lifestyle or a free spirit like many of us are giving people (companies) the benefit of the doubt.

It’s so wonderful to be alive and I’m thankful for beautiful light-beings like Jill who come along every once in a while to remind us of just how fortunate we all truly are.

While interviewing Aaron I learned a lot about spurilina most notably that eating it lowers glycemic levels which I’m very excited about. The food also has the capacity to elevate the other foods in the body so that they provide more nutrition. How spurilina does that exactly I’m not sure but I’m guessing that’s part of the reason why they call it a SUPER-FOOD!

A man named Prahlad Jani an Indian hermit is claiming that he’s lived the last seventy years without food or water! So far everything is indicating that this man is actually telling the truth. Doctors in India have Mr. Jani under observation in an Indian hospital and so far it’s been over two weeks and he’s had no food, water nor has he urinated or made a bowel movement!
