It seems like it was just yesterday Brother Echo was running around the scorching desert of Joshua Tree completely immersed in love. The fact is, it’s been several weeks since the 2010 Bhakti Fest but all that energy has still got Brother Echo on cloud nine!

Intense yoga, chanting, hugs, kisses, vegan food in the desert and new life-time friends to be made… next week can’t get here fast enough. It’s all good we’ll have to wait seven more days then yaaaay we get to release and tap into spirit, divine and the collective consciousness.

In teaching children, I want to make sure that I am consistent in upholding my own truth. Statistically it’s been found that children are much more likely to model their behavior after who their parents were, rather than what their parents said.

This weekend I had the honor of attending a 40-hour Y.O.G.A. For Youth teacher training, led by Krishna Kaur, Hala Khouri, and Kia Miller. Since I took the “Light Leaders” training at the Golden Bridge last summer, I’ve known that teaching yoga to young people was a calling. But, after this weekend, I cannot contain my excitement for what is ahead!
