Hi everyone this is Brother Echo and I just came across a very informative video and thought I’d share it with the sangha. The topic is water fasting vs. juice feasting. Being that I’ve recently done both you can imagine that I’m very intrigued by what the the doctor (Loren Lockman) has to say.

What an amazing trip you guys! I’m going to pass this stoke and energy on to everyone I speak to in the coming months and years. I want to get across to people that you really have to make it a point in life to try new things, live each day to the fullest and really dig deep to work on issues in your life.

It is such a blessing to be conscious of what is going in this body. To think for the past thirty three years I’ve ignorantly been poisoning this magnificent vehicle and temple (the human body) with processed foods, drugs, alcohol, dairy products, etc.

—EMERGENCY UPDATE— Wow you guys Brother Echo has been having such a hard time these past few hours trying to get work done. HUNGER PAINS and CRAVINGS like you wouldn’t believe! I keep catching myself fantasizing about food… mainly peanut butter and nuts. I’m a fiend for cashews!!!

Brother Echo’s body is noticeably more fragile and for lack of a better word weak. This should be said however, the Echo is more “present” especially when moving around. That’s not to say if you were to talk to me right now I’d be 100% coherent. Even though I am more present Brother Echo’s thought processes and synapses are noticeably slower. What I mean to say is… if you were to ask me a question right now it would take me longer to reply. Part of the reason it would take me longer to reply is I’m HERE and LISTENING with all my attention, so I won’t just speak the first thing that comes to mind and secondly the physical processing is slower.

At midnight, last night (or this morning) Brother Echo officially started his first “Spiritual Water Fast”. This was not planned by any means, this whole idea came with the wind and spirit of the universe. Brother Echo has been doing much research as of late with regard to juicing, fasting and the connection both these practices have with the physical body, mind and metaphysical states.
