Earlier today in the parking garage of Erewhon (a natural foods store in L.A.) I saw a car covered in bumper stickers. When I first saw the car, I couldn’t believe my eyes. I moved closer and began to read the individual stickers. Each bumper sticker on the car was beaming positivity and thought provoking spiritual jewels.

I decided to take out the camera and get a little footage. As I’m taking video of the car and candidly commentating, I neglected to notice that someone was sitting right there in the passenger seat!

It was so fun when she finally said something. When she spoke it actually scared me but I did a pretty good job I think playing it off like it was no big deal.

Aloha Sangha!

This past week was bright, lovely and full of excitement. I must say however, the highlight of the past seven days would have to be Saturday.

I got up early and the day was on right from the start.

This was my third straight week of oZone therapy. The results I am witnessing are very noticeable. I’m looking forward to documenting my progress over the next coming months. Until then let me just say the detoxing is the most effective and efficient that I have ever experienced. No question about it, parasites, viruses, bacteria, fungus, etc., don’t stand a chance again oZone.

After the oZone treatment I also had a session of what is called Gua Sha or Holographic Meridian Scraping Therapy. This therapy basically involves someone scraping your back side (scalp, neck, shoulders, etc.).

The tool that is used to scrape the body is comprised of animal bone or horn, each tool has different energetic effects.

The experience is intense to say the least and a bit painful but its totally worth walking through the fire to experience the emotional and stress release.

The rest of my “Cinco de Saturday” I spent wondering about Santa Monica and Venice Beach talking to complete strangers, making new friends, practicing asanas, enjoying stimulating conversation, experiencing the gong and dining on the most high vibe living foods and juices.

Can you believe it, Pizza Hut in Europe is now selling pizza with hot dog infused crust?

Just when you think they’ve (corporations) took it to the limit feeding people dead food that manifest disease and a poor quality of life (whilst getting people strung out on prescriptions), they outdo themselves with something even more outrageous and ridiculous.

Pizza Hut now has hot dog crust pizza, Taco Bell now has Doritos shelled tacos and people still drink Diet Coke… we’ve got a long way to go baby!!!

Wake up, this “junk food” we put in our bodies is blocking us from our divinity and that is the bottom line. We are dynamic and complex bio-electrical beings who are by far the most complex machines in the known universe. What we put in our mouths MATTERS. Feed the body junk, the body will do everything it can to maintain and survive but maintaining and surviving is not THRIVING!

Weather we know it or not the truth is we are directly connected to the SUN, we are connected in the same way the flowers, trees and all of nature is. When we ingest sustenance to enhance our mind, body and spirit, we are ingesting SUNLIGHT. When we process food, microwave food, burn food with fire, etc., we remove the vital life force put there by the SUN and doing so manifest stupefied, bloated, depressed, anxiety ridden, confused and ignorant human beings.

Each and every one of us has a choice in any given moment to make better choices for ourselves and God willing for our children (if you have them).

LET THE LIGHT IN by eating a high plant based diet with lots of raw LIVING foods. EXERCISE and assist your body with its functions by pumping up your respiratory system and circulatory system, etc. MEDITATE regularly and allow yourself the opportunity to touch Christ, Krsna, Buddha and YOUR TRUE SELF.

I know it seems simplistic and too good to be true but until one makes a conscious and sincere effort to change his or her lifestyle around food, one will NEVER KNOW the guaranteed benefits and the true potential of ones mind, body and spirit.

Brother Echo is feeling blessed and abundant and for good reason, I’m ALIVE!

Today is day #4 of this juice feast and cleanse, and everything is in the flow. Today at the Hollywood Farmers Market I stocked up on my greens and herbs (kale, mint, swiss chard, sweet pea tendrils).

I’m feeling amazing and absolutely present.

It’s a beautiful day to be ALIVE!
